The
task for this project was to create a web solution that
stood out from the crowd of online property sales to really
push the quality of the new Homestead Park housing development.
We
had to create an easy to use solution that was also easily
up dated to show which areas of the development are still
available for sale. At the same time we had to showcase
the previous work of NRP Developments to install trust from
the potential customers as well as giving as much information
and images as possible on the new structures.
We
used a full Flash design for this project to really make
it stand out from the crown of static plain development
web sites. With a little animation and an easy to use navigation
system this web site has brought together all of Homestead
Park's promotional qualities to a global audience.
